Guest Speaker Trevor Sampson

We have the amazing privilege of welcoming back Trevor Sampson to be with us again this July. He will be at Heritage of Faith on Sunday 27th July at both our 9.30am and 6.00pm services.

Trevor Sampson – an anointed singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer and sound engineer from Cape Town, South Africa – has been in full-time music ministry for 38 years. He started his journey of full-time music ministry with Youth For Christ, South Africa in 1980 and has since been allowed to minister from many of the world’s most desired gospel platforms.

For many years, Trevor has been a regular feature in the Billy Graham Global Satellite Link Up events as well as Franklin Graham’s Gospel Festivals. He was music director for Reinhard Bonnke’s Christ for All Nations evangelistic crusades and was music director and producer for Jesus Alive Ministries International’s television productions and regular crusades on the African continent for 12 years.

Trevor has recorded many churches live over the past 30 years, including the Rhema Bible Church in Johannesburg – the Praise Africa projects having been his brainchild as a worship facilitator there. He has vast experience in arts, sound engineering and recording and he continues to share this expertise with many at grassroots level through regular workshops and seminars. Through this, Trevor has become a mentor and father to many of South Africa’s young, up and coming artists.

Trevor is the founder of Restoring the Sound. A ministry that reaches out to young people in at risk communities through music training. With the help of London College of Music of which Trevor is a Fellow and representative, these youngsters are able to get formal music training and be examined on a twice yearly basis.

Jason and David have both been accepted to Berklee College of Music, in Boston, USA – a prestigious tertiary institution which is well known for it’s long list of successful musicians as alumni. Following the release of Jason’s debut album, Conscience, in 2011 Jason and David released their joint album “ Songs to withstand the storm Vol1&2 as The Sampson Brothers at the end of 2014. The album features a number of talented and influential South African music artists who support their intent to attend Berklee, including Janine Price, Victor Masondo, Barry Snyman and David Klassen.

Trevor Sampson and The Sampson Brothers have been on tour through Europe, Scandinavia, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean during 2015. Since the beginning of 2016, Trevor has been busy recording his newest CD “ In Worship” which was produced by The Sampson Brothers at Sampsongs Studio.

Most of the year will be spent starting up new training opportunities for RTS in Rabie Ridge, our newest community of outreach.

Trevor and Tricia are also now the SA Representatives for Psalmody School of Worship. They have been teaching Psalmody for the past 30 years in an unofficial capacity. 2016 has been the year of implementing Psalmody as far and wide as possible as Trevor’s Music ministry would take him through South Africa.

Find Out More About Br Jesse

Jesse Duplantis is a dynamic evangelist who has traveled throughout the world since 1978 preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is the founder of Jesse Duplantis Ministries (JDM), which, since its inception, has been using every available voice to invade the earth with God’s love. JDM has its International Headquarters in Destrehan, Louisiana and additional offices in the United Kingdom and Australia.
A favorite program for many seeking to know more about God, Jesse Duplantis’ weekly television program has grown miraculously over the years and is reaching 2.7 billion potential viewers worldwide—302 million in the USA alone. Jesse believes that TV is an incredible tool for the Lord Jesus Christ and he is seizing every opportunity available to use it to populate Heaven. His television broadcast is aired in 255 countries and via satellite reaches every inch of planet earth. Jesse says, “We are redefining the word broadcast to mean every way we can broadcast our weekly program throughout the earth through TV, Internet, Social Media, and even more to come.”
In 1997, he and his wife, the Reverend Cathy Duplantis, founded Covenant Church, the International Headquarters Church of Jesse Duplantis Ministries in Destrehan, Louisiana, a suburb in the Greater New Orleans area. In recognition of his many years of effectively sharing God’s message of salvation through Jesus Christ to the world, Jesse Duplantis was awarded an honorary doctorate of divinity degree from Oral Roberts University in 1999.
Today, Jesse Duplantis is one of the most unique and beloved ministers of our generation. He not only shares his memorable mix of strong, biblical preaching and hilarious life lessons through his television program, but also through evangelistic meetings in churches and convention centers, local church outreaches, books that have been translated in many languages, magazines, the internet, social media, and his many inspirational audio/visual teaching resources. Jesse Duplantis is spreading the Gospel of Jesus in a way that is reaching people and changing lives, one soul at a time.
Known throughout the world for his joy and his exuberant, evangelistic spirit, Jesse Duplantis is often told that he is “the only preacher my husband and kids will listen to!” Why is that? It’s not just because “Jesse is funny,” and it’s not just because “Jesse is real.” People listen because Jesse Duplantis is a true evangelist and revivalist. It’s the anointing of Jesus Christ on the evangelist to reach the “unreachable,” and it’s the anointing of Jesus Christ on the revivalist to rekindle the fire in believers. People listen because they need the anointing of Jesus—and Jesus is the message that Jesse Duplantis preaches.
For more than 36 years now, Jesse Duplantis has had one vision, one goal and one mission: World Evangelism. It is his mission to reach every soul of the 7 billion people that now inhabit the earth, making sure that each one has an opportunity to know the real Jesus—approachable, personable, compassionate, and full of joy—the way that he knows Jesus.

Guest Speaker | Ps Marshall Gray

Heritage Men will be having a Mens Breakfast on Saturday 6th October at 8.30am with special guest speaker Ps Marshall Gray from Gold Coast Chapel. Registration is now open and the cost is only $15.00.

More about Ps Marshall Gray

Ps Marshall GrayBeing raised in a local church in Auckland New Zealand, it gave Marshall a good foundation of the bible which was permanently etched on his heart.

On Sunday 29 January 1985, at age 11, He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. In 1992 having no idea of church ministry or even how to serve God in a pastoral capacity, he completed his diploma in Business at the Auckland University of Technology; worked in the finance industry and trusted the fact that God would open doors in the future.

In 1996 he married the love of my life, Rochelle; and by the year 1998 he had completed a year of full-time internship pastoral training; after-which doors opened to serve God full-time in a local church. For the next fourteen years he served as a pastor on team in all manner of roles, with the last five years as the executive pastor of the largest church in New Zealand at that time.

In January 2012, God clearly spoke to him & his wife about planting a church in the Gold Coast of Australia. So, with their four children, they migrated and on Sunday 11 September 2012 Gold Coast Chapel launched. Since then he has planted four more churches. Three on the Gold Coast and one in Brazil; with numerous more in the pipeline.

Ps Marshall has a passion to advance God’s Kingdom through planting local churches everywhere.

Be sure to join us on Saturday 6th October by registering now.
